    • With companies that we represent
    • In other situations

Managing information within MainLevel

MainLevel represents or is affiliated with a number of companies including financial service providers and non-financial companies such as consumer product retailers.
MainLevel may share all seven categories of customer information among our companies. For example, if a customer has an account with one of our companies that we represent and would like to open an account with another of our represented companies, we may share information about the customer that they have previously provided to us. Sharing this information can save the customer time opening their new account because they might not need to furnish the same information twice. Sharing information also enhances our ability to protect customer's accounts against unauthorized activity, and helps us investigate any fraudulent activity on an account.

Managing information with companies that affiliate with us

We may share any of the seven categories of customer information outlined in this policy with companies that affiliate with us. These companies might assist us, for example, in processing customer transactions and fulfilling your service requests. In addition, we may share any of the seven categories of customer information with companies that work for us in order to provide marketing support and other services. Some of our own companies may provide any of these services for us as well.

Section 4 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Disclosing information in other situations

We may also disclose any of the seven categories of customer information to credit bureaus and similar organizations, and when required or permitted by law. For example, customer information may be disclosed in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, a fraud investigation, to companies that process your requests for products or services, or the sale of a customer's account to another financial institution.

Disclosing information for marketing purposes

If you choose to provide personal information, it will also be used for marketing purposes. Specifically, your information will assist with marketing products and services which we determine, in our sole judgment that you might find of interest. We reserve the right to share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose data we collect to third parties. Any third party we share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose data to will be carefully prescreened by us, determined by us to be reputable, and will use the personal data for marketing products and services which we determine, in our sole judgment, that you might find of interest.

Section 5 Making the Security of Information a Priority
